Hannah Coldicott

Joining the Hubbub team in May 2007, Hannah is our most recent recruit. She works closely with Mark Sinclair as a project manager and researcher, facilitating business development and partnering initiatives for clients like yourBusinessChannel.

A qualified real estate agent hailing from New Zealand, Hannah previously worked for a real estate company before her move to the UK. Joining the team shortly thereafter, Hannah brings to Hubbub the responsibilities she learned in guiding people through the largest purchase most will ever make.

Hannah says she has seen too many people who lack the patience to plan properly, and that leads to missed deadlines or whole pieces missing from the puzzle. She believes in planning from the outset, so people know where they stand and what they need to achieve. Do that and you deliver the goods to clients on time and efficiently.

"Personally, I loathe disorganisation" says Hannah. "But solid project management means more than just having a plan. It means covering every bit of detail, so much so that it ensures nothing is left out of the picture." For Hannah, being based in the UK also means she'll be able to spend less time in the air, and more time on the ground indulging her whim to travel. True to her nature, she has far reaching plans to experience as many cultures, foods and lifestyles as she can.
